Searching
Start from where you are, in any of these ways:
- Use my location lets your phone tell us where you are. It gives the most accurate distances. Your location is only used for this search; we don't keep it.
- Postcode: coming soon. For now, type your area or choose your ward.
- Place: type your town, ward or LGA, e.g. Ogijo. If more than one place matches, choose yours.
- Choose your ward: pick your state, LGA and ward from the lists.
Results are nearest first. There is no limit: press Show more to see the next ones. We don't record what you search for.

Clinic shows only centres that run that clinic, for example antenatal or immunization. Day shows centres open that day. Choose both to see centres running that clinic on that day.
On an LGA's page you can also pick a ward, or type a centre's name, a place or the start of a postcode.
Reading a result
- Distance is in a straight line, not by road. “About” means it is measured from the centre of your ward, not from you, and rounded.
- Open now / Closed now shows once a centre has confirmed its opening hours, using Nigerian time. Until then its page lists the usual hours: call ahead if you can.
- Clinic days are the days each clinic runs, for example Antenatal: Mon.
- Directions opens Google Maps. Getting there on a centre's page gives local directions from a well-known place.
Postcodes
A Nigerian postcode reads from widest to narrowest: state, LGA, district, area, building. In OG-20-B70-JY-20, OG is Ogun State and 20 is Sagamu. Spaces, hyphens and small letters are all fine.
Find yours at postcode.gov.ng.
Reporting a problem
If a centre is closed when we say it's open, has moved, or a phone number is wrong, please tell the staff at the centre or your LGA's primary health care office. Our team checks centres in person and corrects them.
In an emergency, don't wait: call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
